Speakers CRM: My Own System for Building Conference Lineups
My own system where I build conference lineups: speakers in tier lists, negotiation statuses, assignment to events.
About the project
A speaker CRM where the team and I build conference lineups. We rate candidates in tier lists (S to F), drag and drop them, and track what stage a conversation is at, from a first idea to a confirmed talk.
Hundreds of potential speakers across Marketing Festival, Hack Your Way, and Digisemestr used to get lost in spreadsheets. Now I have one tool where I see who to reach out to, who we're in talks with, and who belongs where.
What you get
- I build a conference lineup from one place.
- I see what stage each speaker conversation is at.
- Hundreds of speakers across events without spreadsheet chaos.
How it works (under the hood)
- Tier lists S to F with drag and drop (dnd-kit).
- 9 workflow statuses from idea to confirmation.
- Assignment to events and roles, a task priority list.
- Next.js + Supabase with RLS.
